In a recent order I received one printer cartridge that was not accepted by my printer although it was labeled as the correct cartridge. I called and 2 days later received a replacement cartridge and a prepaid postal envelope to return the defective cartridge. That is called Great Service with capitals. All other orders have come through perfectly and on time. It is impossible to complain about that kind of service. Thanks people!!

The price is half what HP inks cost at Sam's Club, the best I had found heretofore. Print quality is good for my purposes. I need more experience to better judge quantity, but so far is good. I heve not found the way to recycle these cartridges yet.
