This professionally remanufactured HP 98 Black (C9364WN) inkjet cartridge is an original Hewlett Packard (HP) C9364WN ink-jet cartridge which has been through one cycle of service and has been recharged. I ordered 3 cartridges to get the deep discount (Only $9 for a cartridge that costs $28 new) and have only begun to use one. It seems to be in perfect condition and, so far, has performed to my expectations. Provided they continues to do well, I will definitely use 4InkJets again. I also appreciate the environmental awareness expressed by the company online. The price is right, the shipping was right on time and, like I said...."So far, so good."

On a long shot, I purchased the HP 98 Black and 95 tri-color & 99 photo cartridges. In my opinion (I have 30 years in IT) these are a bargain. The HP 98 produces even clearer and deeper type fonts and makes ones resume look sharp and clean than the ORM.
I have purchased another 'set' but am no where near burning off the first purchase. And I do A LOT OF PRINTING. ;-)

I was having good success with your product, until the last 2 black and 1 color ink cartridge. The black seems to be lacking "black" in general and the cartridge did not last very lone. The color cartridge seem to fail way to soon, compared to what they used to be like. I will try one more time and if my next cartridges are like this, I will not order again. The quality of the cartridge is excellent and so is the price. In all the years I have been using these replacement cartridges I have only had one bad one and the company replaced it hassle free. The only issue I have with the cartridges is that they do not sync with the printer to let me know when the ink level is low.

I would have liked to know prior to opening the foil packaging that the remanufactured ink does not indicate when there is low ink.
I probably would have still bought it as it is a savings, but I think for truth in advertising, you should say that online and on the box.
