Dear Allie,
I apologize our remanufactured Epson T069 cartridges were not being recognized. Every once in a while a customer will find that their Epson printer can be a bit sensitive to compatible cartridges. To override any recognition errors, we recommend removing the cartridges, unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds, then reconnecting and reinstalling. This should do the trick.
We are more than happy to offer replacements or a refund for any items purchased within on year that we aren't able to get working. You can contact our customer service team at 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a representative would be more than happy to set that up for you!

Sirs: I have found that these ink cartridges last as long as the Epson brand, perform superbly as well as the Epson brand and cost just a fraction of what the Epson Brand does!!!!!

1. With cartridges installed, turn the printer off and unplug your machine for about 1 minute. Plug it back in and turn it on and the cartridges should now be recognized.
OR:

The black ink cartridges changed form the previous orders. I received 4 of them and alll of them produced extremely poor results or weren't recognized by my Epson printer.
I returned all of them and was reimbursed.

I had a previous bad experience with aftermarket cartridges, gave up, and went back to OEM. After spending more money than I cared to on "genuine" ink, I got smart and this time searched reviews for aftermarket ink companies. I ran into a site that had tried and ranked a number of sites, saw 4inkjets at the top, and ordered one of each color.
Half a year and several cartridges later, I'm still very satisfied with the quality of these products.
I did have one easily remedied problem - I got an error stating that OEM ink wasn't being used. I had luckily kept my old OEM cartridges, popped one in, got an empty cartridge message, then switched them again for the aftermarket and it's been fine since. Just be sure to keep your old OEM cartridges just in case!

I have an Epson Workforce 615, and this cartridge often cannot be recognized by the printer - what is worse, it badly clogged the printer's nozzle, and deteriorated printing quality, which I haven't been able to fix by regular head cleaning. I just ordered a cleaning kit from other vendor, hoping this will solve the problem. Overall, the trouble that it caused cost me more time and efforts than the money that I saved on a cartridge.

There is no reason for the ink to clump up or clog the printer's nozzles. If you are experiencing issues with print quality, it is likely that an air bubble became trapped in one of the chambers of the cartridge and is hindering ink flow. This can usually be resolved by tapping the cartridge several times on a piece of scrap paper placed on a hard surface.

I replaced all rhe ink cartridges in my printer for the cartridges which I recently purchased from you. No colors in the red family print. I have tried them on regular print and on pictures and photos. Thr images or photos when printed are green with red parallel lines runing through them.

I have ordered these cartridges for years without a problem and I would still recommend a friend as long as they know the risk. For my last order, 4inkjets sent me a new brand that does not look like the cartridge in the picture. My printer was not able to see how much ink was left in the new (black) cartridge so when it ran out, the ink dried in my print head. The damage is so bad that several head cleaning cycles with new cartridges in did nothing. From what I'm told, Epson print heads are hard to access so manually cleaning this thing is going to be a big project.
