I have used two cartridges so far. On the printer gave me an error "do not recognize" and I put in the other cartridge and to worked.

At first I got an incompatible message after installing the cartridge, however after calling customer service I was sent a replacement and it worked wonderfully.

I've only used three of these cartridges, but so far they have all worked properly. They seem to last about as long as the OEM cartridges and the ink seems to be of comparable quality. The biggest difference is the price, where this product is the obvious winner. As a student, I'd hardly be able to afford to print anything if I relied on OEM cartridges; many thanks to 4inkjets.

The product was damaged and ink was all over. I tried to clean it up and use it but it was probably empty anyway.

I have a very inexpensive Epson Stylus N11, works like a charm, however do not buy the remanufactured Ink-jet cartridges as they produce a totally unusable image. I printed out a image and the color came out a ghastly puke green. With the previous, original 088 product that came with the Epson Stylus I had quality prints. So, even though these remanufactured ones are sold for the N11, I do not recommend them. Even though the product came within a few days, and the price was low, it was a big disappointment to have inferior printing results with these remanufactured ink-jet cartridges. I have returned them all and waiting for a refund. Too bad!

It happened before also, but 1 out of 3 cartridges always have been rejected by the printer stating "cannot be recognized."
This happens regardless of color of ink, but it is less frequent on black inc.

The printer, Epson stylus cx9400fax, would not recognise the first cartridge. the second is fine.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you were having with the printer not recognizing the cartridge. I have included some instructions below which will usually fix recognition problems.
1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
If you still have problems please give us a call at 888-321-2552 and we will be happy to assist you.

I am very pleased with the quality of the cartridges. I have purchased several now for a FRACTION of the cost of new ones at the discount store chain. They are less expensive than the local ink refill chain as well! Ordering is easy and I get them within a few days! I would love to get credit for mailing "empties" back to recycle though!

My Workforce 615 can never recognize this cartridge. Along with other black cartridges that were equally problematic, this is nothing other than a source of frustration. I have purchased non-genuine cartridges from other manufacturers/vendors before, but these are the worst so far. Better stay away.

Thank you for ordering with us! I am sorry for the difficulty you are experiencing using our remanufactured Epson cartridges. Sometimes when these cartridges are not recognizing the printer just needs to be reset. You can reset the machine by removing the cartridges, unplugging the power cord from the wall for 30 seconds, then reconnecting and reinstalling. You can also clean the electronic chip on the cartridge with a soft cloth to ensure a clean connection.
