I recently started using your Magenta refills. Of 4 I put in my computer 2 did not work & another showed 1/2 empty.

I've only used three of these cartridges, but so far they have all worked properly. They seem to last about as long as the OEM cartridges and the ink seems to be of comparable quality. The biggest difference is the price, where this product is the obvious winner. As a student, I'd hardly be able to afford to print anything if I relied on OEM cartridges; many thanks to 4inkjets.

Ran out of ink during first use after making four copies. Also, the Epson printer screen indicated ink wasn,t theirs and printer shut down. Says I need to purchase new Epson ink!

It is fairly common for Epson printers to reject compatible versions of their cartridges but we can usually circumvent these error messages. Please give our customer service team a call at your earliest convenience at 888.321.2552. I'm sure we could get that cartridge to perform properly for you.

When printing something in pink this comes out a light bugundy vs bright pink

Our deepest apologizes for receiving a problematic cartridge. These ink levels on these cartridges may read inaccurately but for the most part should still print. At times, the printer may not recognize the cartridge do to the firmware released to the machine. We have ways to over ride those error messages and nine times out of ten we can get the cartridge working again. Unfortunately, there are times we cannot diagnose the problem over the phone. We may need to send you a replacement with a return label to retrieve the problematic cartridge for quality assurance as I've noticed you were able to do so by calling our toll free number 888-321-2552. Thank you for taking your time out to call our customer service. We’re glad to have been able to assist you.

Here too this product after charging the ink as needed to replace the cartridges it has showed that in a few charges it shows I have used about 3/4 of the ink to just charge it.

Great item for the price at first my epson printer wont recognize the ink i have to restart the computer and the printer and it will work fine no big deal. Now i have purchase from them for about a year now and what i have notice is that the ink don't last as long as the originals not even half of it but you get what you pay for i guess but it's worth it better then the high price for the original ink's.
