When printing something in pink this comes out a light bugundy vs bright pink

I’m sorry you are having a print quality issue. In most cases this can be fixed by running a print head cleaning from your printer. If that doesn’t do the trick, you can always call us at 1-888-321-2552 and we would be happy to set up a replacement.

Our deepest apologizes for receiving a problematic cartridge. These ink levels on these cartridges may read inaccurately but for the most part should still print. At times, the printer may not recognize the cartridge do to the firmware released to the machine. We have ways to over ride those error messages and nine times out of ten we can get the cartridge working again. Unfortunately, there are times we cannot diagnose the problem over the phone. We may need to send you a replacement with a return label to retrieve the problematic cartridge for quality assurance as I've noticed you were able to do so by calling our toll free number 888-321-2552. Thank you for taking your time out to call our customer service. We’re glad to have been able to assist you.

Here too this product after charging the ink as needed to replace the cartridges it has showed that in a few charges it shows I have used about 3/4 of the ink to just charge it.

Great item for the price at first my epson printer wont recognize the ink i have to restart the computer and the printer and it will work fine no big deal. Now i have purchase from them for about a year now and what i have notice is that the ink don't last as long as the originals not even half of it but you get what you pay for i guess but it's worth it better then the high price for the original ink's.

Received order very quickly! Ordered all 4 to refill my printer. Happy to find a low price alternative! But the first Magenta wouldn't work. Customer Service sent a replacement and worked right away, although it was a pain to wait those few extra days. In the end very happy with product and Co.

I purchased this color and one other. This lasted me 2 days, and my printer said the cartridge was empty. The other lasted 3 days, and I got the same message. My printer will not work unless the cartridges are replaced, so I had to go out and buy 2 more. I wish this site carrried the manufacturer ink I need. They shipped immediately, have bought from them before, just not this type of ink. I'll stick to the original in the future as I don't know if it's the ink, or my printer won't accept it.

1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
If you still have problems please give us a call at 888-465-7765 and we will be happy to assist you.
