For some reason, these colors saturate the printer's head to the point I have to clean the printer's head every day.
The black color runs out too fast, too soon. Several months ago, the black color would last for at least two weeks. Today, the black color lasts four to five days and I have to replace it.
If you can give me an educated ilustration of why this situation exists, I would appreciate.

I've only used three of these cartridges, but so far they have all worked properly. They seem to last about as long as the OEM cartridges and the ink seems to be of comparable quality. The biggest difference is the price, where this product is the obvious winner. As a student, I'd hardly be able to afford to print anything if I relied on OEM cartridges; many thanks to 4inkjets.

I apologize for the lack of print that you are getting from our Remanufactured Epson T069420 cartridge. Sometimes air bubbles get stuck in the channels inside the cartridge and as a result poor print quality as you have described occurs.
The following troubleshooting technique has worked for many customers and it may be worth it to give it a try:
1. Remove the problem cartridge from the printer.
2. Cover the nozzle with a paper towel and shake the cartridge for 10-15 seconds.
3. Reinstall into the printer.
4. Once installed, run the print head cleaning cycle. You may have to run this 1-2 times before printing quality is re-established.
If this method does not work, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and one of our representatives will be more than happy to further assist you.

Was totally dissapointed that after a few charges to get the ink check to fill the lines like needed my printer reads this product as only 1/4 full now. I have never before had a cartridge become so low after just charging the cartridge

I've purchased ink from this company before, but this batch is not working in my printer. The print heads weren't clogged--was printing fine until the cartridges i had ran out of ink & I immediately put in these new cartridges. Printer is reading them as full, but no ink is coming out. This has also happened with the cyan & black cartridges I got on my last purchase. Previous 2 purchases no problems. So far no problems with the magenta cartridges.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Running a cleaning cycle or deep cleaning on your printer usually clears up the problem. If that does not clear up the problem please give us a call at 888-321-2552 for further troubleshooting.
