When the ink cartridges arrived, I installed a black and the tri colors. Neither of them worked, there was no black or colored print.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am sorry to hear that our BCI-10 cartridges are not functioning in your printer. Typically, if the cartridges are printing out blank pages it is beneficial to run the print head cleaning cycle on your printer. If this does not work, please give us a call at (888)321-2552 and we will be glad to troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, set up replacements. We cover all products under a one year warranty.
