This professionally remanufactured Canon CL41 Color inkjet cartridge is an original Canon CL41 Color ink-jet cartridge which has been through one cycle of service and has been recharged. The CL41 Color ink cartridge has been thoroughly cleaned along with the printhead nozzles. Then the original CL41 was inspected for any possible shell leakage, tested on the operation of all electrical circuitry and finally ran through an actual print test. Both the color and black ink are working just fine in my printer. What I did not see when ordering these 2 products was a combo pack with a black and color cartridge packaged together, which is generally a little cheaper than buying them individually.

This is by far the best way to buy ink. No mess, easy to install and they include a postage paid recycle for your old ink cartridge. Great value for sure and reading other reviews some said they were messy, not so, no mess no fuss.

Overeall, I like the replacement cartridges I purchased. My font and print quality is superb. The delivery time was excellent even using the standard option. My only complaint is the false signals the remanufactured replacements send to the error message center of my printer. It's kind of an inconvenience to have to clear that out repeatedly in order to print.

We should have been advised that the refill would
not react the same as a new Canon cartridge. The

We do try and provide Canon Remanufactured cartridges that show the appropriate ink levels but occasionally it is an error we are unable to circumvent with certain models of Canon printer. Despite the incorrect levels of ink being displayed in this cartridge it should still yield the appropriate amount of prints. Thank you for ordering with us! It is normal for remanufactured Canon cartridges to read low/empty ink levels because Canon designs their printers' ink levels to only function with genuine ink cartridges as a ploy to get customers to only buy their products. However, if the cartridge is reading empty and not letting you print, you can simply hold down the stop/reset button (looks like upside down triangle in a circle) for about 10 seconds and that will turn off the ink level system and let you continue printing. Our cartridges are filled to capacity and you should definitely get the full life out of it. If this does not help and you are still experiencing any problems printing, please contact our customer service at 888-321-2552 and we will gladly get you our replacements for any items that may be defective.

I've been buying overpriced cartridges for years and finally did the smart thing....research! I've found the quality to be exactly the same as the expensive recommended brands. In fact, I do use my printer quite a bit and the cartridges lasted longer.

I changed the ink...both the color and black cartridges I ordered and was immediately told that the ink was empty and needed to be replaced. I had to go to a local chain store and purchase more ink. Wasted my money!

We apologize in regard to the ink level not reading on the cartridges. Our remanufactured CL 41 cartridge may read low ink or empty but the cartridges is full. Let me start off by saying I'm a long-time customer and have had no problems up to this past order. I ordered this, found it was defective and exchanged it for another remanufactured ink tank. That tank had the same problem: no yellow in the ink tank. I tried all the cleaning methods available on my printer to no avail.
Customer service was outstanding. They were really helpful but 2 strikes and I decided to get my money back and go with the Canon ink tank.

Item did not work. My printer kept saying that the ink was out. Installed the old one back in and worked, even thought is was faded.

Who needs genuine ink!? Genuine ink is so expensive. This ink does the job and its a good price. I have had absolutely no problems with this ink.
