For the price I paid for these cartridges, the quality is impeccable. The printer doesn't ask me for 'Original' cartridge, like some other printer brands.

I'm sure the product works well. But since they are remanufacturered my printer does not recognize the ink levels and will not print.

At times the printing companies will send updates and firmwares that may prevent the cartridge to recognize in the printer. Try this trouble shooting technique. Take the cartridge out of the printer, turn the power off, unplug the machine from the wall or from the back of the printer. When unplugged wait 30 seconds. After 30 seconds is up, plug the machine back in, turn the power on, and install the cartridges and try to print a document. Once the error message appears hold down the stop button. The button looks like a circle with a triangle in the middle. Hold it down for about 10 to 15 seconds, and then release. Your printer should start to print. If not, please call 888-321-2552 so that a representative can assist you with replacements.

While the price was moderate...I did'nt
know what to expect, But when product
arrived it was leaking ink all over the inside of the bag !! It is leaving streaks
all over anything I try to print. I've chewed up alot of paper trying to get a
clean copy of my resume. This must be

First timer---Black was slow to start printing a true black. However, it is fine after 5-6 pages.
I wish the replacement cartridge would register on my Canon PIXMA "volume left" chart---, tired of reading that "Ink is runniing low" message after replacing cartridge!
