This professionally remanufactured Canon PG40 pigment black inkjet cartridge is an original Canon PG40 black ink-jet cartridge which has been through one cycle of service and has been recharged. The PG40 (0615B002) black ink cartridge has been thoroughly cleaned along with the printhead nozzles. Then the original PG40 was inspected for any possible shell leakage, tested on the operation of all electrical circuitry and finally ran through an actual print test. For the price I paid for these cartridges, the quality is impeccable. The printer doesn't ask me for 'Original' cartridge, like some other printer brands.

I had purchased two cartriges, the printer cannot read the ink level in both of them. I will return them for a refund.

I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our Canon PG-40 cartridges. It is actually normal for these cartridges to read low or empty because they do not come with a reset chip. this product didn't work for me at all, yall sent me another one to replace the first one and that one didn't work either, for some reason the computer don't reconize the product and there for it won't work, sorry !!

Who needs genuine ink!? Genuine ink is so expensive. This ink does the job and its a good price. I have had absolutely no problems with this ink.
