Shipping was very fast and received in good condition! I ordered the 'double' batch of cartridges and installed 1 set. Only one cartridge required a deep clean to function but no big deal as I've had to do the same with OEM cartridges as well. The colors are as good if not better than OEMs and I saved a lot of cash! I'll have to gauge how they perform over time but I consider this a really great buy.

The blue cartridge exploded when it was opened and leaked all over the printer. The black color cartridge also leaked, leaving big globs of ink on the paper. I was not able to get the magenta and yellow to work at all, even after cleaning the nozzle repeatedly. Sometimes I would get a little color, but never fully.
I had good experiences with this product in the past and am very disappointed that I received cartridges that are basically useless.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am sorry to hear that the cartridges leaked. This is not a common occurrence. At any time this happens please give us a call at 888-321-2552 right away as these cartridges are defective and can be replaced.
