the black ink refused to work at first
I did a printer cleaning procedure 4 or 5 times followed by a deep cleaning 3 times before it finally printed.
Too much of a pain.
I expect that when I install a cartridge it will work first time, every time unless its out of ink.

I don't often open email from people I don't know, but this is one time I'm very glad that I did. I do a lot of printing with my genealogy and this ink is much more affordable. It prints just as good as any name brand. I have recommended the company to everyone.

the ink cartridges LEAKED EVERYWHERE , on my hands especially !!
