Satisfied with product, but wish there was a way to not get the "empty" message on my computer all the time. Then when you really get to the end of the cartridge, it's been like "crying wolf" the whole time it has been in the printer.

Original Dell cartridges have a sensor that reports the ink level as low once it reaches a certain level. Unfortunately this sensor cannot be reset. If you refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it will print fine but the sensor will always report low ink. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your cartridge is under full warranty for one year from the purchase date. It will print a full life cycle just like the original. The cartridge works very well. The only problem, the printer doesn't recognize them so the printer shows your ink levels are empty. This makes it hard to know when you're going to run out of ink. This is the only draw back. The price is great!
