full of ink, but printer wouldn't read it

The cartridge was full of ink and the right color. The cartridge was missing the little chip on the bottom that the printer reads. Because of this, I had to change a setting on the computer to tell it to over ride and print anyway. Also, now I don't know how we will know when it is out of ink again unless we check on it ourselves. The other cartridges we ordered were fine and great, but not this one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We have purchased InkPro inks for both our Canon Pixma 9000 Mark II professional photo printer and our HP Officejet Pro L7650. These inks are performing as well as the OEM versions at a fraction of the price. Great job, will continue to recommend you to friends etc.
