New drum prints worse than the one I replaced. I've been happy with LD toner products but will never buy another drum from this company. Then they won't even fast ship the replacement - you have to wait.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought it 9 months ago. In the first 8 months, I printed about 11,000 pages without much problem. Then, it started ghosting. After a few hundred more pages, it started leaving a big, black toner mark at regular intervals down the left edge of the printed pages. I will never buy this product again. I will also refuse a warranty replacement because I do not want it damaging my printer.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Hello Victor! I am so sorry to hear that you experienced trouble with our compatible DR250. I assure you that there is no risk of damage to your machine when using a compatible or remanufactured product.
It sounds like some toner powder may have accumulated on the OPC drum. A simple cleaning usually takes care of this issue. There is small blue/green tab on the top of the unit. By sliding the tab back and forth several times, you can clean the OPC drum. This does the trick for most customers.
If it does not, we are more than happy to offer a replacement or a return/refund for any unsatisfactory items purchased within one year.

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT WITH A GREAT PRICE ALTHOUGH THEY CAN SOMETIMES BE DEFECTIVE WHICH CAN BE FRUSTRATING FOR SOMEONE WHO ONLY ORDERS ONE. GOOD THING THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHOM ARE WILLING TO REPLACE IT ASAP!!!!

I purchased this to replace the OEM drum in my Brother HL5250 but after installing it now I get "ghost" images half way down the page.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am sorry to hear your print outs are ghosting on you. This is not how the drum unit should work as it should give you perfect print outs. If you ever have a problem with our product please give us a call at 888-321-2552 for free troubleshooting. If we can not get it to work correctly for you we can issue a replacement or have a return for a refund.

It's a pretty good unit as far as working, but every Drum I've purchased from this company seems to have the same problem. The printer LCD states NEED TO REPLACE DRUM. I don't get it, but that's okay, it still works.
