ink cartridge did not work, despite numerous attempts to install. had to revert back to manufacturer's ink cartridge at 4X the price.

We have a one year warranty on all of our products and will gladly send out replacement along with a prepaid return label for any product that should arrive in such a manner. You can also return them to us for a refund instead of getting replacements if that is your wish. Our company has used this band of ink cartidge for our postage meter machine for over a year. The machine's manufacturer wants us to buy their brand which is WAY way more. They told us on many occasions that an "off brand" ink cartidge would "gum up" our machine. That has never happened. This is a great product at a great price and we recommended it without reservation!
