We received our TN-360 Toner for our brother MFC 7340 Printer. It looked great online only $26.99 for what we spend almost $70 for in the brother's brand.
We installed the Toner into our machine on 03/21/2012. The print quality was so bad, we had to remove this LD product and go out and buy the name brand.
We will be contacting customer service and hoping we just got a lemon but at this point and time I could not recommend this product to anyone else as it seems to $26.99 in the garbage

Print outs exhibits a noticeable amount of back grounding and toner smearing on paper edges. Back grounding is when slightly excessive toner is applied to the white coverage of the paper giving it a greyish appearance. Tried using the corona cleaner to correct this and had no affect. Also saw black toner streaking on side edges of print out, which I did not experience using the OEM version of this product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am sorry to hear that our Compatible version of the TN360 didn't function properly in your printer. If cleaning the corona wire didn't clear up that issue with the quality of the prints then we can go ahead and replace that cartridge for you. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m glad you found the cartridge easy to use! If you ever experience print issues, there is some quick troubleshooting that should help. Remove the cartridge
Give it a good shake over a trash can for 30 seconds
See if you can expose the green roller (OPC drum) on the cartridge
If you can, take a soft, lint free cloth and gently rotate and wipe the roller off to remove any excess toner, reinstall and run about 10 test pages.
This should do the trick, but if not, we are always here to help! 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6a-6p Sat. 7a-4p
