Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m glad you found the cartridge easy to use! If you ever experience print issues, there is some quick troubleshooting that should help. Remove the cartridge
Give it a good shake over a trash can for 30 seconds
See if you can expose the green roller (OPC drum) on the cartridge
If you can, take a soft, lint free cloth and gently rotate and wipe the roller off to remove any excess toner, reinstall and run about 10 test pages.
This should do the trick, but if not, we are always here to help! 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6a-6p Sat. 7a-4p

This is the second toner cartridge i have purchased from LD Products. Both have performed admirably without any problems. We purchased 3 of the TN360 compatible's we had to send all of them back. Our printer will not work with these. They would show "low toner" when we put the new catridge in.

All of our products are covered under a one year warranty. We will gladly assist you with trouble shooting even if you purchased products from somewhere else. Customer service is customer service. At times, the printing companies will send blockages to prevent third party cartridges from working properly. You may receive an error message that the cartridge is not compatible. We have ways to override their error messages please call 888-321-2552 if you have any problems with your printer. We will assist you the best way that we can and suggest solutions if we can't solve the problem at hand. When ordering from 4Inkjets the customer service comes along with our products until we are out of business. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reason at all.
