The product appears to be excellent and works in our printer. Since we have not used they for very long, I can't say how long the cartridges will last, but they are a better deal than the OEM Cartridges.

This ink is not comparable to actual Canon ink. The print quality is poor and the colors are not accurate. Nothing we print has the color red. Customer Service told me to change the color percentages for the printer, but this is way too complex. I should be able to just put the ink in the printer and forget about it. This was not a good purchase since we still can't print in color.

I am on my second refill using products from 4inkjets which are actually from LD Products. So far so good! I see no difference in the quality of pictures printed from my old Canon ip4000 using LD Products brand over the Canon Inks. The price point is fantastic. This printer was in the attic because I could not afford to spend $55.00+ to see if it still worked. At roughly $19.00 including shipping, I now have another usable printer at a reasonable operating cost. Yes, I am a real user and this is a real review!

Your in-house (non-OEM) cartridges did not work in my iP3600. The tab on the front of the cartridge is too short and it will not lock into place.

I bought a set of BCI-6 cartridges for my Canon iP4000. I did some print comparisons before I removed my Canon cartridges. The color matches were excellent, certainly well suited for everyday common use. They were good enough that I bought another set.
Pro: On plain paper, after doing a "deep clean" (see cons), the color match was virtually indistinguishable from Canon ink though neither prints a good red on plain paper in my opinion.
On HP "advanced" glossy photo paper the colors in the photos I printed were excellent, again almost indistinguishable from the Canon ink. Very bright and vibrant. The blue of the sky could arguably be judged as better. The contrast/black levels were also excellent.

Con: The cartridges were very susceptible to leaking while handling. I'd never experienced this with a Canon cartridge. I made quite a mess with one (actually dripped on floor) before I ever realized it was leaking.
Initially there was color streaking (not ordinary "banding") when I did a test print of 6 basic color bars. (red, green, blue, mag, cyan, yellow) It was almost like the cartridges had to be primed or something. It could also have been a result of the leaking mess I mentioned. But after I did a deep clean and a few test prints to get everything going smoothly I got the results I described above.

I am very pleased with the short time that it took us to recieve the ordered product.
I ordered the "compatable" inks. I have been quite plaeased with the quality of manafacture and considere it to be a much better product that re-filled ink tanks.
Our initial use of the inks leads us to believe it is comparable the the branded product.
I note that these ink tanks contain 10% more than the branded tanks.
I will wait to see how long the actuall last and if the print quality continues.
All in all, I am very pleased.

I have purchased my Canon printer inks from '4inkjets.com' for many years. Their ink's colours are accurate & they do not cause any problems for my printer-the Canon MP750 [ie., clogging]. The generic ink refills are a must for me because with how much printing I do, I could not afford the $30+/cartridges for the Canon brand refills. The negative: Delivery can take up to a week. I have never received my shipments in three days or less.
