Good things: great price, quick delivery, and we shall see if the customer service which was excellent keeps its bargain to send me a mailer and give credit on my credit card for this purchase.
Bad problem: a bunch of leaky cartridges that stained my hands, my granddaughter's hands and my carpet in the process of opening the box...and it just kept getting worse. I was not aware that the product was not brand new.

I have purchased this epson remanufactured ink bundle 3/2010 and again 8/2011. I ordered it in the morning and was notified by email that it was shipped the same day. I received the ink the next day.
I've compared prices with other companies and they can't be beat. I've never had any problems with any of the cartridges.
I never checked with them to see if they issue a credit for returning empty cartridges. It would be great if they did.
The ink works just fine in my epson stylus R220 I plan on purchasing ink from them again.

Hi, I like the ink, appears to be comparable with Epson ink, the only problem I experienced was that sometimes the printer or the computer does not recognize a new, full ink cartridge that I just changed, eventually it will but not right away.

This fourteen cartridge set is absolutely great. The cartridges have been professionally refilled, and cost substantially less than buying new ones, and the quality of the ink is good - you cannot tell any difference between this ink and Epson brand ink.

I have used LD ink cartridges for several years as substitutes for Epsons, which are much more expensive. I wore out one Epsonstyles Photo R300, bought another to replace it. These printers have accepted ever cartridge I have installed ( uses 6 different ones) -- Only on 2 occations have I had any kind of failure ---one just wouldn't work and the last one out of my last shipment , ( it seamed NOT to be filled with the proper amount of ink, It ran out shortly after installing it. The controls said it was full, but I had no red, so I replaced the Magenta and the red printed fine.
