the only thing I could say of the negative would be that the cartage says it was out of ink when it was not. I can put up with that as all the other things about them are very good. job well done

At first I had good color then it began to give poor color.. I tried the second one and it was worse than the first. I am not satisfied at all with the color cartridge.

We are so sorry for any trouble you have had with this cartridge! It is normal that these cartridges might be read by your machine as "low" or empty due to changes in printer programming. Though you will not be able to monitor your ink levels, this cartridge is indeed full and will still print a full yield. The timely manner in which I received my product was impressive.I ordered on a monday from across the country and received it by thursday....as of right now I am on my 2nd cartridge because the 1st did not seem to have any magenta in it.I do not know about the others..

I have purchased about 10 M4646 cartridges from you that were excellent. The last M4646 cartridge I received would only print 8 pages of black and blue now it will not print at all. I expect you will replace the inoperable M4646 cartridge when I place my next order today.

the color cartridge would not print in decent color. only blue and yellow, the red would not work at all

This is usually due to a clog in the print head. Running a print head cleaning will usually clear up this problem. Anytime you have problems with our cartridges please feel free to give us a call at 888-321-2552 for troubleshooting.

I've tried using other "remanufacture" cartridges before and was pretty much always unhappy. Some wouldn't work at all. At least this one does print (and I have no complaints about the print quality), but I could swear that when I decided to try this cartridge, the ad claimed that it had the correct smart-chip installed so it would read ink levels on my Dell. It does not read ink level- shows as empty. Next time I'll go back to buying genuine Dell cartidges.

Dell ink cartridges have a sensor that reports the ink level as low once it reaches a certain level. Unfortunately the sensor cannot be reset. If you refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it will print fine but the sensor will always report low ink. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your cartridge is under full warranty for one year from the purchase date. It will print a full life cycle just like the original.

I purchased this re-manufactured color cartridge some time ago and just installed it.
So far it works just as good as an original cartridge for my Dell printer.
The only negative is that the correct ink level is not shown because my printer doesn't recognize the re-used cartridge.
Would definitely buy again!
