It works and prints well but the package reads for an 800 series model and I have a 495cw. The cartridge size is a bit smaller than the original 495 cartridges. This came up as an exact fit for for my model on the sites search...

I own my own business and use my printer for everything from sales fliers to product labels to school work for my son. This ink is just as good as the name brand ink and I have never had an issue with the cartridges.
