I am starting to have some quality issues. I replace a cartridge
and printer still tells me its empty. I clean the heads and still it shows empty. I have no option but take it out and hope the next one is good.. It's starting to happen on a more frequent with both by Brothers MFC-J630W and my MFC-465CN, which obviously use
different cartridges but all purchased from you.... It's annoying...
Perhaps the perceived savings isn't really there... Awaiting your replay...

If one of our cartridges isn't performing properly I would recommend calling into our customer service department at 888.321.2552 so we can better assist you in setting up a return or issuing a refund if necessary. not only have I got stuck with a box of useless ink but it also ruined my printer and has caused all kinds of problems with my school work. Now I have to buy a new printer and Ink !

To my knowledge the quality of the ink cartridges are the same as I would get from Future Shop or Best Buy. However, the price is what makes it significantly different. I placed my order on line with 4inkjets, but unfortunately I needed a black ink cartridge immediately, so I had to pay $20.00 for one, whereas, I got 10 cartridges for $35.99 plus my shipping charges were $11.95 for a total of $47.94. I am very happy with my purchase because I saved a lot of money, and I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. I also had great customer service, very efficient staff. Wow I can't believe how low the prices are for these cartridges. They work as well and last as long as the OEMs. The quality is great! Everyone one of the cartridge I tried fits perfectly. 4inkjets.com shipping is tremedously quick. I order on Monday and I received the cartridge by Thursday. I won't have to buy any cartridges for a while but when I do I will defintely come back here.
