I was so very pleased with the refurbished 948 Ink Jet Cartridge & I didn't have to go to Dell to buy it as I was told by Dell. The capacity was far greater than the Dell product. Lightening struck my printer when I had 2 cartridges left and they were so kind to take the unopened ones back and let me purchase the Lexmark Cartridges I now need. Thanks to a great Company.

We purchased from the site due to it being cheaper than the store since it's an off brand. It fits perfect, however as the label stated my printer doesn't recognize the cartridge and keeps saying to buy more ink. It does work though, but there are some slight streaks. That may be due to some other issues but I never noticed them before with the name brand cartridge.
