These are very good products that give excellent photo quality and last at least as long a Canon's more costly ones.
Only complaint is that the UPS box arrived crushed on three sides and the deliery person never rings the doorbell so I can accept the delivery in person!
However, the inkjet cartridges were unharmed--this time.

I'm happy this worked for others but it didn't work for me. If you want to take a shot at saving some money go ahead, but I'd pay a little more for an OEM cartridge I know will work.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I have purchased these ink cartridges several times. They are affordable and they get the job done. Shipping is super duper fast! I have had a problem with a couple of the cartridges where the ink would not flow right after installation; however, this was easily corrected. I would highly recommend these.

My printer broke and I had to replace it with a printer that took different ink cartridges. Unfortunately I had several unopened cartridges that I could no longer use. These cartridges had been purchased on 2 separate orders. I called Customer Service and Ruby emailed me a return label and 2 return forms. The return label indicated to the Post Office that the company would pay all postage when the pkg. was received. No problem, no hassle - just the most pleasant and easy return of merchandise I have ever experienced - not to mention 2 credits promptly appeared on my Master Card.
