If this does not work please give us a call at (888)321-2552 and we will be glad to assist you with troubleshooting, and if necessary, replacements. We warranty our products for one full year.

The after market cartridges work well in my Canon printer. I had just a couple defects but it still is a savings compared to buying factory cartridges. (never bothered to return the defects and don't even know if that is allowed) The defects showed empty on my computer but there was still some ink left. They are not perfect but the price is right :-)

Have used the CLI-221 compatible inks without issue except for a one time problem with the yellow dispersing ink. Several others have had no issues.
chips seem to read just fine and i like the clear tanks that let you see how much ink is left ......promotions are great
