I have been using 4inkjets ink cartridges for several different types of printer for the last few years. I have never had an issue with the ink nor with the delivery time. I did have an issue with a box going missing and they sent it again! Boy was I surprised, especially since the Post Office delivery confirmation showed it delivered.
