this is the second time I have ordered...had a little trouble getting the printer to read that I had put in a new yellow...called customer service...they were terrific! walked me through...it worked just fine...I cannot see any difference in the quality of the product!great product....great price!

This is my second purchase of these cartridges. I have had a problem with the black cartridges leaking a little when printing envelopes (smudges on envelope) but still feel the savings is significant.

I'm not quite sure about this product. I had to shake the black ink a few times before I could get my machine to make a clean b/w copy. But the copies were very clear. I have yet to use the color inks. So, I'll reserve judgment on the color inks.

These Ink Cartridges work great! For this price, you can't go wrong. At the local computer shop I would have paid the same price for ONE Black cartridge. I look at it like getting 10 for 1, plus free photo paper. Great Deal!
