Seems to work as well as the name brand at a much better cost. I haven't even had the issue of a "low ink" warning appearing on my computer.

This worked great in My Lexmark printer, the Lexmark printer is so
techincal saying you must use a Lexmark Cartridge, but this one
worked great and we didn't have to pay the high price for the
Lexmark cartridge.
We will order this again. Thanks for the good pricing that 4 Ink Jet
chargers. Senior citizens can always use a break.

This ink cartridge works just fine and like the OEM product, except it's 50% cheaper. The quality is slightly inferior as the pages don't print as shiny or crisp, but it works.

I am sorry to hear you had an issue with our ink cartridge. Anytime you have any issues please feel free to give our customer service department a call at 888-321-2552 for some troubleshooting. If they can not get the cartridges to work for you a reshipment or a return for a refund can be set up.
