OOne of the cartriges would not work in my printer. I had to call your company and send it back. You did send a replacement cartrige, but I can't tell if it is a good one or not, because I can't open it because the risk of it drying out before I need it

The last 2 cartriges were empty - no ink . my orders in the past have been acceptable so I reordered . If this happens in any of the 5 cartriges in this order , I will not reorder again. I can't afford a 40% failure rate .

Re-used cartridges work just as well as brand new. We looked to get the new cartridges at a big box store where prices were cheaper, but at 2 for $51, the refurbished ones at 3 for $29 just made much more sense, and there is no change in quality!
