There is a problem with the item. Color does not work. When I shake the cartridge it sounds like something is loose inside. Need to return for a refund/replacement.

I've used this ink cartridge a few times and I am very pleased. The colors are not quite as bright and vibrant as the original HP, but since I only use it for small printing projects that do not require high quality it serves me just fine.
