I bought this black ink cartridge and the first cartridge did not fit my
Lexmark printer so i called customer service and she try to help me
reset my printer so to make the cartridge work but it did not work.
She sentme out a new cartridge in 2 days and I installed it in the
printer and it worked. Their customer service is great. I returned the defective cartridge in a Prepaid envelope they included in with
the new cartridge. Very proffesional organization.
I will order again and again. Thank you

The black lexmark cartridge I received did not ever work properly. My printer kept saying that the tape needed to be removed from the back of cartridge. I would not ever order another remfg. cartridge

If we can not get it to work correctly for you a return for a replacement or refund can be issued.
