I have had no problems with my purchase (s). I got 3 for the price I would pay for one in other places and I have had no problems with them. Now I don't worry about how much my kids use the copy machine or printer. I used to monitor how much they were copying because I dreaded the cost of refills. Very affordable and will purchase again.

I'm usually pleased with the products, but I've had a line on my copies since I got this toner. I even bought a new drum, but the lines are still on some of the copies. I think it's too much toner being released.

Price wise it is ok. One problem I noticed, the ink spot all over the printed page. No good clarity printing like the oem toner.

I am sorry to hear of the poor print quality you have experienced with our Compatible Brother TN350 toner, Matthew. If you are interested, we do have one troubleshooting technique that has worked to get print quality issues resolved for most customers. I am not sure if you have already tried this, but if you haven’t I think that it may be worth a try.
1. remove the cartridge
2. give it a good shake over a trash can for 30 seconds
3. on the drum, run the corona wire a few times & return it to the home position
5. reinstall both the toner & drum into the printer and run about 10 test pages
If this troubleshooting technique does not work for you, please contact our customer service team at 888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to set you up with a reshipment or instruct you on how to return any items within our one year warranty for a refund.

I ordered 3 TN350 toner cartridge and received them very quickly. The first cartridge had a minor problem. I called and was immediately sent a replacement. In the meantime I put the 2nd cartridge. from the original order in to use. It was great. No problem. Very good value for the money. I have now started using the replacement cartridge. Again great product. The way my complaint on the first cartridge was handled was excellent. I will be a long time customer. Thanks.
