I purchased the ink cartridge for the first time due to the great price. I am currently using the cartridge right now so I'm not sure how long they last. So far, so good! I am very pleased with my purchase up to this point.

Got the ink and the first 5-6 prints were fine. After that they started getting lighter.
By literally my 12th print, YES, I said 12th print of plain old black text on white paper it was a very light shade of grey. Unfortunately for me, yellow and magenta were too low for the printer to allow me to clean the heads to see if it will correct itself.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Remanufactured Epson T0601 ink cartridge. I am sorry for the print quality issue that you have experienced. I think it may be worth it to try the following to see if we can get your print quality re-established:
1. Remove the problem cartridge
2. With the cartridge out of the machine tap it, nozzle down, on a piece of scrap paper placed on a hard surface about 5-6 times
3. Reinstall the cartridge
4. Run the printhead cleaning 1-3 times (after replacing the yellow & magenta)
If this troubleshooting technique does not work for you, please contact our customer service team at 888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to set up a reshipment or instruct you on how to return any items within our one year warranty for a refund.

I ordered a half dozen of the remanufactured Epson Black T060120 cartridges. I could not get any of them to work - the printer would not recognize that the cartridge was installed. This is the only problem I've had with your inkjet cartridges (we order them for home and our two businesses). When I called customer service, the very nice service rep had me go through a lot of things to try to get the machine to work (including trying more cartridges). Then she recommended that I uninstall the printer program and reinstall (no luck).
I saw a review from March that indicated another customer was having problems with the black cartridges which leads me back to my initial feeling that there was a "bad batch".
Really don't want to go to another source, just get some from you that will work!
Other than this one issue, we are thrilled with the products and have recommended 4inkjets to many people.

I am sorry to hear of the problems that you are experiencing with our Remanufactured Epson T060 cartridges. This is definitely not typical of these cartridges at all. Please call us at 888-321-2552 M-F 7am - 6pm PST or S 8am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be able to assist with getting replacement cartridges out to you along with a prepaid return label for the ones which are not functioning correctly.

I had a problem with the black ink cartridge I received on the last order. It never produced ink. The problem of using the up color ink each time I clean the print heads is bothersome and expensive.
The process of ordering a replacement was timely and easy. So I will continue to order ink from you.
