I first saw the size looked different, it rides up a tiny bit higher but clicked in place and I have used it and the blue and all is good.

This was a great bargain because refills for my printer are usually so costly, however, 1 of the replacements did not work and I spent a good 20 minutes cleaning and re-cleaning my printer heads, thinking the problem was with my printer. A total waste of time! I'm not sure how to go about replacing the cartridge that doesn't work, and next time I will probably just go ahead and buy from Staples or HP. Even though the re-purposed inks are cheaper and I like the fact that they are recycled, it's really a pain to have to now package these up, send them back to the vendor, and wait for the replacement to arrive.

I received the order within 48 hours of placing it so excellent speed. The cartridge fit in easily and performed properly immediately. I can't comment on the amount of ink in the cartridge at this point but would have no hesitation to order again from 4inkjets and to recommend to friends.

After the first cartridge failed, it was very promptly replaced twice. Both replacement cartridges failed. I then ordered a black ink cartridge from Epson which worked fine.

All 3 refills did not work. My customer's Epson printer did not recognize them and kept asking me to replace them. I finally gave up and threw them away. I then went out and purchased a brand new $50.00 HP printer which is working great. I have been setting up and fixing printers for people for the last ten years, so I am no novice with printers and inks. I will probably try your inks one more time and purchase a couple of HP #60 combo packs. I work on Computers and a lot of my customers are always looking for good refills because they are less expensive.

Got the ink and the first 5-6 prints were fine. After that they started getting lighter.
By literally my 12th print, YES, I said 12th print of plain old black text on white paper it was a very light shade of grey. Unfortunately for me, yellow and magenta were too low for the printer to allow me to clean the heads to see if it will correct itself.

1. Remove the problem cartridge
2. With the cartridge out of the machine tap it, nozzle down, on a piece of scrap paper placed on a hard surface about 5-6 times
3. Reinstall the cartridge
4. Run the printhead cleaning 1-3 times (after replacing the yellow & magenta)

I ordered a half dozen of the remanufactured Epson Black T060120 cartridges. I could not get any of them to work - the printer would not recognize that the cartridge was installed. This is the only problem I've had with your inkjet cartridges (we order them for home and our two businesses). When I called customer service, the very nice service rep had me go through a lot of things to try to get the machine to work (including trying more cartridges). Then she recommended that I uninstall the printer program and reinstall (no luck).
I saw a review from March that indicated another customer was having problems with the black cartridges which leads me back to my initial feeling that there was a "bad batch".
Really don't want to go to another source, just get some from you that will work!
Other than this one issue, we are thrilled with the products and have recommended 4inkjets to many people.

I had a problem with the black ink cartridge I received on the last order. It never produced ink. The problem of using the up color ink each time I clean the print heads is bothersome and expensive.
