I have ordered from this company in the past and was very happy with my products. I placed another order this spring and was extremely disappointed. The cartridges did not register and the color was not good. I am so disappointed. I also ordered some different cartridges for a friend and she was not happy with her cartridges either. Very sad!!!

Honestly, I haven't used the order as yet. The order had only been placed as a backup for school printouts for the coming semester. But the cost, quality and shipping was very fast and without any fault what so ever. I am sure the product will work flawlessly.

Ink Issues with LD cartridges

I use these cartridges in an Epson printer and have to continually clean the printing head. If I don't do this, I get skipped letters or half letters, and lines in photos. I wonder if I am sacrificing print quality and printer longevity in favor of cheaper ink cartridges? Time will tell. Other than the head cleaning routine, the cartridges work just fine. Although I have had problems getting true colors on quality color printing.

I have used this product for more than a year now so I didnt see any reason to doubt until now. The last cartridges I purchased did not work in my printer even though I ordered exactly what I always order. I discovered that they didnt' always work so now I have doubt. Before I would have recommended now I am not so sure.

I have one problem with the order of the 10 pack ink cartridges. There is no label on the packages indicating the color of ink in the package. How are we supposed to find out the color in the packet without it being labeled? If the packet is opened, then the ink will start drying out if it is not the color needed at the time.
I have found the quality of the product to be very good.
