I purchased four, believing that our sister company used the same. First one I installed didn't work. Turned out it was a bad cartridge but 4inkjets made it very easy to return and replace. One slight problem I had was that it didn't print out the postage twice. I removed the cartridge, shook it a bit and replaced it. Has been working fine so far. I found that our sister company doesn't use the same size and I've returned two of the four purchased. I'm still waiting to see if they have credited our account. I would recommend 4inkjets but I'm still waiting to see how they'll handle the return.

Have been using these for several years and only had one problem with one cartridge. Only down side over the OEM is watching the printing because there is no warning when you are running out of ink.

One of the cartridges seems to be overfilled and the meter can't recognize it. Switched it for a different one (we ordered 3) and it works great.

All of our products are covered under a one year warranty. When cartridges receive an error message you can simply take them out, turn the power off, and unplug the machine for about 30 seconds. After 30 seconds is up, plug the machine back in, turn the power back on, and install the cartridges. You should be able to override any error messages given by the machine using these trouble shooting tips. If unsuccessful no worries, we will gladly send you a replacement with a return label to get the faulty one at no cost to you/. Please call 888-321-2552, so that a representative will be able to assist you.

Pitney Bowes should be ashamed of themselves for the outrageous prices they charge. I've been extremely happy with the replacement product. Just installed a couple weeks ago, ink must old, dry or bridged inside, prints light red, I have had to remove and shake it 3 times to function. Should be warranty, please send replacement.

After using about 3 or 4 cartridges & being very happy with it, we found it was ruining the print head on the postage machine. PB came out & replaced it at no charge this time. They advised us anything other than PB ink could ruin another print head & we would be liable for the replacement fee. That replacement fee for another head was high so we switched over to their ink.

We just installed the cartridge so I can't verify how long it lasts. The original PB cartridge lasted 10 months. I can testifiy that the fee for the cartridge was significantly less than original equipment and 50% the cost of our old Neopost machine. Anyone using Neopost should definitely switch to PB!
