This cartridge costs less than half of the OEM price, installs and operates the same way. I expected a little dust and smeared printing at the first few pages, but this cartridge started printing clean and crisp from page one.

I have bought these cartridges over and over. I had only one problem with a cartridge. I contacted 4inkjets even though it had been 4 months after my order. I explained my problem with the cartridge. They sent me another one to replace it with. They sent me a tag to mail the dysfunctional one back. The yield on the printer cartridges states about 3000, but I always went well over that before I started doing the toner shake. It was closer to 5000 pages printed. Unfortunately, my printer died, and I still had 2 toner cartridges here. NOT A PROBLEM!!! 4INKJETS is taking them back and giving me the credit for them back! That is awesome! I wish all companies stood behind their products like this! I will forever be a customer of this company! They make saving money so easy!

I purchased the same item from this company about a year ago and was completely satisfied. This recently purchased toner cartridge printed as though it had not been refilled at all. In fact, I am replacing it with the cartridge I just removed as it prints with better quality!

Dear Janice,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing poor print quality with our Remanufactured ML-2010D3 toner. These cartridges are supposed to print the same as an original Samsung toner would.
If you are interested, we do have one troubleshooting technique that has worked to get print quality issues resolved for most customers. I am not sure if you have already tried this, but if you haven’t I think that it may be worth a try.
1. remove the cartridge
2. give it a good shake over a trash can for 30 seconds
3. see if you can expose the green roller (OPC drum) on the cartridge
4. if you can, take a soft, lint free cloth and gently rotate and wipe the roller off to remove any excess toner
5. reinstall and run about 10 test pages
If this troubleshooting technique does not work for you, please contact our customer service team at 888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to set you up with a reshipment or instruct you on how to return any items within our one year warranty for a refund.

I print LOTS of documents and this is the best quality out there. I've tried other cheaper companies. I've got ink that would smear and then to return it I would have to PAY the FEDEX. Not so with 4inkjets. They are quick to get a new cartridge AND to send a return label to send the defected cartridge in and that has only happened ONCE with all the ink I purchase.

This replacement toner cartridge works fabulously for our family. We have a Samsung printer and use it a lot. We have two computers and three laptops linked to it so you can tell it gets a lot of use. I have not counted the output of pages and compared them yet but the cartridge is easy to use and gives us the same quality print as the name brand. We have ordered from this supplier because the product is reliable and the service is fast. We will continue to use this product and supplier.
