They arrived very soon after ordered. One cartridge lasted only about 2 months and the printer quick working. Put in another cartidge and is has worked fine since.
The same thing happened last year when I order from you. One of the cartridge only last a very short time and was done.
I am not a business, just a home, so I do not make many copies!!
So I am quite disappointed.

The print quality is a low grade but ok for the price. Much cheaper than buying from Dell or office supply place.

Angela, thanks for the feedback. Our cartridges should work just as well as the original brand cartridges. If you experience a light print or faded color, we do have some troubleshooting that should fix that. Take a warm damp paper towel and hold the print head down for a minute or two. My Dell printer does not allow these refilled cartridges to work. The printer keeps flashing that we need ink. My computer tells me that I am low on ink. Very frustrating! Printing has poor contrast.

An inexpensive Replacement cartridge for my Dell AIO printer that I use for printing copies for proofreading. I bought this because I go through a lot of ink while writing and it's about half of what I usually pay for Originals from Dell. The printer doesn't recognize the cratridge's ink level, which I can live with, but the ink itself isn't as dark so I can't use this for professional purposes. It works fine for printing most jobs, but I'll still have to keep a OEM cartridge around for those professional jobs.

I can't recommend the refurbished product. I received a message saying I had 75 copies left and it was 75% empty after I printed one page.

Lexmark ink cartridges have a sensor that reports the ink level as low once it reaches a certain level. Unfortunately the sensor cannot be reset. If you refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it will print fine but the sensor will always report low ink. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your cartridge is under full warranty for one year from the purchase date. It will print a full life cycle just like the original.

I ordered two black ink cartridges. One would not print without streaking, and doing the maintenance tasks from the manual didn't help. The other printed just fine.
So, one was excellent, the other was unacceptable.

This can happen to cartridges with attached print heads such as HP, Lexmark or Dell. All cartridges are weighed and tested before leaving the factory so lack of ink isn't the problem. It usually has to do with the print head of the cartridge not having any ink to feed it. This happens because cartridges are kept flat or upside down for weeks or months before being used and the ink settles away from the print head. The easiest remedy is to open the box and stand the cartridge upright for a few minutes before using. Then get a damp paper towel, fold it into quarters and sit the cartridge print head down onto it. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for three minutes. This will help pull the ink out of the print heads, priming them and getting them ready to print. Finally, install the cartridge into your printer and print a few test pages. If this does not correct the printing issue please call us at 1-888-465-7765 and 123inkjets.com would be glad to set up a replacement and return label free of charge for the defective ink.
