I've been using 4InkJets ink exclusively for several years. It works just as well as the manufacturer's ink, and it's much cheaper. On a very rare occasion that a cartridge is defective, it is promptly replaced no questions asked.

Product arrived promptly and in good condition. Installed exactly as HP cartridge and worked perfectly out of the packaging. I bought 3 Black but have only used one so far. Only time will tell if they last a long as the HP cartridges.

I ordered three Hewlett Packard C8721WN (HP 02 Black)units. One found defect on the printed circuit board. The printer message " The ink catridge appear to be missing or damaged". I replaced second one and working well.

We do have defective cartridges slip through our rigorous quality assurance testing from time to time. If you don't mind calling into our customer service department at 888.321.2552 we would happily issue a replacement for the item.

I received the order bout 4-5 bus days after ordering. I have a HP 8250 Photosmart printer I was to use the remanufactured cartridge in (Black, 02). I put it in, and cartridge was not accepted. Contacted Support, went thru troubleshooting, the tech determined cartridge was defective. He immediately set up a replacement, which I got about 2 days later. Just as he said it should, when i put it in, everything worked perfectly. I was pleased with the order process and the service and will definately return to purchase again. This is the way a company should handle their customer base.

Been using cartridges from this company for a few years, and I have probably gone through close to 50 cartridges.
I only had a problem once, and I was able to resolve it by moving the chip just a little bit.
Maybe the colors in these cartridges are not as vibrant as original HP units, but I can't tell the difference.

Unfortunately, this cartridge is causing my printer to continually give me a warning message that the cartridge is date expired and that to continue to use it might damage my printer. I think it's the one I bought on this date (roughly) and that shouldn't make it outdated; should it? It's an LD product and there's no expiration date on it. Please advise. This is the first problem I've had with your cartridges in several years.

I am sorry to hear that you are getting an out of date error with our Remanufactured HP 02 cartridge. The date that the printer is reading is from the original date of the cartridge and not the remanufactured date.
To get the cartridge to be accepted by the printer, press the "ok" button on the printer a couple of times. The printer will accept the cartridge and keep printing and even show the correct ink levels even if the chip is expired.
If this does not get the cartridge working for you then please give us a call at 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST so that one of our Customer Service Representatives can further assist you.
