This professionally remanufactured HP 92 black (C9362WN) inkjet cartridge is an original Hewlett Packard (HP) C9362WN ink-jet cartridge which has been through one cycle of service and has been recharged. This Hewlett Packard HP 92 black ink cartridge has been thoroughly cleaned along with the printhead nozzles. Then the HP C9362WN was filled with the same ink formulation, the internal back pressure was insured and then it was inspected for any possible shell leakage, tested the operation of all electrical circuitry and finally run through an actual print test. The wife picked this over the original unit,, saying ink is ink,, dont need name brand,,, fine,, we got it and when I put it in the printer,, my lights started flashing stating that there was no ink cartridge,, played with it for several more times and the results were still the same.. so I guess you get what you paid for...

The cartridges were received promptly. The packaging was professional and substantial. The only problem, which is NOT affecting use, is that I get an error message that I am using a non-HP cartridge. I find this strange as I thought these were originally HP's; but it works perfectly.
